Refund policy
All products are printed on demand, please review our policy below before purchasing.
As all products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at lineaposters@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. As products are printed on demand, cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once printed, returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
